Dr. Jason Burns joins Eye Associates of South Texas. Eye Associates of South Texas is pleased to announce Dr. Jason Burns MD- Board Certified Ophthalmologist will be joining the practice and serving patients at its many locations including Seguin, New Braunfels, San Marcos, San Antonio, Hondo, Luling, Lockhart, Castroville, Gonzales, and La Vernia.

Dr. Burns is an accomplished comprehensive ophthalmologist and refractive surgeon. He attended medical school at the University of Missouri and an ophthalmology residency at UTMB Galveston. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the Texas Medical Association. He has performed well over 20,000 cataracts, LASIK, and Laser Procedures. He joins our team of board-certified ophthalmologists: Drs. Kavanagh, Acosta, and Bui. Dr. Burns is proficient in all Laser Cataract and LASIK procedures as well as eyelid surgeries: including blepharoplasty (eyelid rejuvenation and lifts). Dr. Burns will join San Antonio Best Doctors and Ophthalmologists: Drs. Bui, Acosta, and Kavanagh. 

Dr. Burns also performs routine eye exams for eyeglasses and contact lenses as well as diagnosis and treatment of all eye/ocular conditions including diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, and dry eyes.
