Dr. Kavanagh has been performing cataract surgery in Seguin, Texas for over twenty years at the Guadalupe Regional Medical Center. In this time he has successfully completed over 25,000 cataract surgeries. He is also board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and an assistant clinical professor of ophthalmology at UT Health San Antonio.
